Equine Center
The Equine Center gives owners the opportunity to own and ride horses without having to bear full responsibility for their care, The staffed Center provides a barn with state-of-the art stalls, a riding arena, turnout areas, tack room, hot walker, pastures and other amenities to keep owners’ horses safe and comfortable. 11 Miles of trails wind throughout the ranch. Multiple trails are specified for three uses - horses, walkers and hikers, and skiers. Owners are welcome to use all of them and wander throughout the property where allowed.
A state of the art 12 stall barn has heated tack, (12' x 24') and feed (12' x 24') rooms. Individual 3' x 4' tack lockers are provided for each owner. Each stall is encased in 1 1/2" Brazilian hardwood. All 12' x 16' stalls are fitted with a "Soft Stall". This is a mattress covering the entire stall and topped off with a heavy impermeable rubber sheet which makes the living quarters very sanitary. Each stall has a Dutch door which opens into a 16' x 24' outside turnout. The center aisle way is lined in brick red heavy rubber which is easy to maintain and will help to keep the barn clean. The barn also houses our equestrian office and bathroom.
Other amenities at the equine center include a 150' x 300' riding arena, a 60' round pen, a 50' automatic hot walker, and horse showers. There is secured parking for horse trailers and motor homes.
The Ranch grows its own grass and production will be sufficient for all boarded horses. Most of the year the horses will graze on numerous pastures.
Several miles of horse trails are cut through the Aspen groves and wind along the ponds and hay fields. Soon, we will have more than 15 miles of trails on the property. The trails are to be used exclusively by home owners at the Ranch and their guests.
SHORT STAY BOARDING FEES & REQUIREMENTS:
Two night minimum stay. Stall in barn w/run or pasture if available $25 per night, per horse. Our grass hay or your own feed No stallions MUST have current health papers & negative Coggins test
